Getting started

NeighbourGood is available free on the App Store. Once you've installed it, you can browse nearby listings right away — creating an account only takes a minute if you want to message a seller or list your own business.

Account & sign-in issues

• Didn't get a verification email? Check your spam folder, then use "Resend verification" on the sign-in screen.
• Forgot your password? Use "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
• Can't sign up with your email? That address may already be registered — try Sign In or Forgot Password instead.

Managing your listing

Edit, delist, or delete your business from Profile → Your Listings, then tap the business to expand it. Delisting hides it from other users without deleting it, so you can bring it back later; deleting removes it permanently. See the selling guide for more.

Reporting a listing, message, or user

If you come across a listing, message, or user that seems fake, abusive, or violates our Terms of Service, email us at the address below with as much detail as you can — the business or user's name, and a screenshot if possible. We review every report.

Deleting your account

You're always in control of your data. Delete your account directly from Profile → Delete Account — no need to contact us first. This removes your profile, listings, and photos, per our Privacy Policy.
